During the visit, we will conduct a thorough examination of your pet, discuss any health concerns, and provide you with a welcome pack for all of our services.

After the consultation, we will provide you with a detailed report of your pet’s health and any follow-up care required. We ensure continuity of care by coordinating with your regular vet if needed or with our association practice East Grinstead Vets, where Rachael works and can provide any imaging, surgery or hospitalisation that cannot be provided at home.

How do I register for your services?
To register, please contact us via email or phone. We will discuss your pet’s needs and ensure you are registered with another practice for emergencies. This ensures continuity of care and peace of mind for you and your pet.
What should I do in case of an emergency?
In case of an emergency, please contact us immediately or your registered veterinary practice. We will coordinate with them to ensure your pet receives the necessary care. Our service is designed to complement your existing vet’s care, providing seamless support. We work in close association with East Grinstead Vets and you will be offered to register with them at your time of registration with us for all services that we are unable to provide at home or we will contact your current Vets to arrange an agreement with them, The most important thing is that your pet is provided to Veterinary care 24/7 365 days a year,
