Hospitalisation and Emergencies

After one of our consultations, depending on the nature of the clinical situation, we may suggest further investigations that will be beyond the scope of our ‘at home’ service, such as x-rays, surgery or hospitalisation. For these situations we work closely with East Grinstead Vets, where Rachael also works or if you would prefer to go to another Vet practice for these we can work with other practices too, as long as they give consent for us to do so. It is important that wherever your pet needs further treatment that the case notes are shared for continuity of care.

In the event of an emergency call us on our usual numbers. If we are busy on home visits, we may not be able to answer the phone so please call our association practice East Grinstead Vets during working hours 8am – 7pm on 01342 323072. Out of Hours emergency care is provided by Vets Now in Tunbridge Wells who are specialists in emergency medicine. Their direct number is 01892457918 but calling East Grinstead will also divert straight to Vets Now telephones if they are closed.
